- WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 

All sales are final. If items get lost or damaged during shipping, you may request a refund or a replacement of the item value, excluding tax or shipping. If replacement item is requested, customer pays full shipping fees.

- WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Processing times: 5-10 business days. Custom orders: 7-14 days. If for any reason your order takes longer than expected, I will e-mail you to let you know.

- CAN I EDIT MY CUSTOM ORDER COLORS?

Of course you can!! Don't hesitate to e-mail me your request so I can edit your order. 

NOTE: Please make sure you enter the correct name and shipping address during checkout. If for any reason, you realize you entered incorrect information, please  e-mail me as soon as possible and I will get back to you to fix it.  If your package has shipped, and is returned to me due to wrong shipping information, customer is in charge of paying any additional shipping fees. If your package gets lost due to the incorrect address, I will not replace for free but will offer a discount depending on your order.
